I am a Mechanical Power Engineer who designs products to be made, not just modelled — combining rigorous CAD execution, FEA validation under real-world load cases, and a genuine interest in how products are conceived, refined, and brought to life.

Three years leading suspension-system design at Mansoura Motorsport gave me end-to-end ownership of a safety-critical product — from initial concept and innovation through to competition-proven hardware at Formula Student UK and EVER-Egypt. Exposure to injection moulding and automated assembly at AKL Automotive grounded that design thinking in production realities: DFM/DFA constraints, tolerance management, and the gap between a model and a finished part.

My approach bridges creative problem-solving and engineering discipline — I am as comfortable questioning whether a concept can be done better as I am defining the GD&T that gets it built right. I bring SolidWorks CAD and simulation proficiency, a structured design process, and the practical instinct that comes from working across motorsport, automotive Tier-1, and rotating equipment environments.

Beyond systems engineering, I have led product innovation end-to-end — most recently designing THERMEA°, an ear thermometer concept I developed from scratch as sole designer and team leader: form, ergonomics, sensor placement, housing, FEA validation and alert logic, all owned by me. That mix of design thinking, CAD precision, GD&T discipline and DFM/DFA awareness is what I bring to every role I take on.
